Now it's the end of the year and I feel so much for the school - peacefully, I can say it has been a fantastic year for everyone. "This is my first year at Western and high school seems, at first, a really massive change from Jr. High, and to me it was rather intimidating. There are so many other students - so many older students, and you have this fear of judgment and you're really self-conscious. But being privileged to be part of the Gifted/Enriched Program, I find that high school is really enjoyable. The school year is still just beginning, but I've made a whole lot of new friends who are all part of the Program, and all really enjoy it themselves.
